It presents love as a force that unites us, but also as a space full of paradoxes, illusions and boundaries. Through situations inspired by real-life relationships, it reveals moments of intimacy, vulnerability and tension.
Performed by seven artists, the piece blends together contemporary dance, acrobatics, and physical theatre into a mosaic of images and situations that are both raw and playful. It explores all the things we do for love – and where, in the process, we lose ourselves.
About DoubleSalt
DoubleSalt is an artistic platform focused on contemporary dance, acrobatics, partnering, and physical theatre. Founded in 2025 by Matyáš Ramba and Michaela Kadlčíková, the platform brings together artists through a collaborative creative process, exploring physical dialogue and developing a movement language shaped by human connection, trust, vulnerability, and humour. DoubleSalt’s first project is the upcoming dance-acrobatic performance All for Love.
Michaela Kadlčíková is dancer, choreographer, and acrobat. She graduated from the Duncan Centre Conservatory and SEAD – Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, and furthered her training in New York at the José Limón Institute and Peridance Capezio Center. As a performer and choreographer, she has collaborated with numerous Czech and international companies and artists, including 420PEOPLE, Lenka Vagnerová & Company, Losers Cirque Company, the National Theatre in Prague, Ceren Oran, and La Rue Serendip. Her artistic practice moves between contemporary dance, acrobatics, and physical theatre.
Matyáš Ramba is acrobat, dancer, choreographer, and director. His movement background is rooted in artistic gymnastics, which he began training in childhood. He is a co-founder of Losers Cirque Company, where he has contributed to numerous productions both as a performer and creator. He has collaborated with the National Theatre in Prague, Laterna Magika, and 420PEOPLE, and has worked extensively across contemporary circus, dance, and theatre. His work places a strong emphasis on physical storytelling and visual expression. He is particularly interested in creating situations where technical complexity naturally meets humanity, playfulness, and subtle humour.
The project is supported by the City of Prague, DanceConnected, Život umělce Foundation, KD Mlejn, CIRQUEON, and Žižkostel.
