We don't accept back the tickets, nor we change them for a different date. No entry after the start of the show. Thank you for your understanding.

There's no magic in it. When we say that the show is sold out, we really don't have the free capacity to offer.

Electronic ticket purchase

Tickets can be purchased on our website, from which you will be redirected to GoOut ticketing system. Tickets can be paid on-line or by bank transfer. We require a transfer payment at least 4 business days before the performance. It is not necessary to print the tickets, just show the QR code in your mobile phone when entering.

PROBLEM WITH ELECTRONIC PRESALE

You haven't received tickets via email (and theyare not in your spam box)? Contact GoOut ticketing system directly: Mon–Fri 10 am to 6 pm (+420 222 703 070, info@goout.cz).

TICKET PURCHASE AT THE BOX OFFICE

You can buy tickets at the box office of Jatka78 (Prague Market, Prague 7). It opens 90 minutes before performance. You can pay cash or with a card.

Special tickets category

For eight people with a big cultural heart, we are offering special tickets for every show entitled #LetMeTakeYouToJatka for 1.780 CZK. Your generosity will enable us to add another eight tickets for 200 CZK to every show in the #ReadyForJatka category. You would help open our theatre to those who could otherwise not afford it.

TICKET DISCOUNTS

For selected shows we provide discounts for students (up to 26 years old), seniors (age 65+) and disabled card holders. To grant a discount to students over 18 years of age, it is necessary to present a valid student card at the entrance to the theatre hall. The card is also required from disabled persons. We provide individual discounts (for example for children's homes). We also provide group bookings. Contact us at vstupenky@jatka78.cz.

TICKET RESERVATION

Tickets cannot be booked by phone or e-mail. Reservations can only be made via GoOut ticketing system and must be paid within 48 hours after booking.

FOR DISABLED

Theatre and toilets are wheelchair accessible. In case of individual needs for a place for a handicapped person, or a discounted seat for accompanying person, please contact us in advance at vstupenky@jatka78.cz. 

Children in the theater

Children must be in possession of an individual ticket. Please respect the age recommendation of individual theater companies. If a show isn't labeled specifically as a children program (and we have many of those for them!), we don't recommend bringing children younger than 6 years with you. The theater space is not suitable for them for safety reasons.

PARKING

You can park 24/7 at the Prague Market. We recommend using the first entrance from Jateční Street (approaching from Argentinská Street). The first hour of parking is free of charge, each additional hour costs 40 CZK.

Refreshments without the queue – with table reservation

We are continually refining our services to offer you the best possible experience. When purchasing your tickets via GoOut, you can now also select refreshments and reserve a table at the Bublina bar. We believe you will enjoy our tasting boards of Italian cured meats and cheeses paired with a carefully selected wine. Arrive early and savour a relaxed moment with us before the performance begins – it is the perfect way to deepen the theatrical experience you came for. Table reservations are linked to the purchase of refreshments, although food and drinks cannot ordinarily be taken into the auditorium.
